Patricia Morris began exhibitiing installation works in Montreal, Sackville, NB, and St. John's, NFLD, in the 1980's. She currently exhibits original landscape and abstract paintings in Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, and Kingston, ON.
Born on Jan 1956 in Beauharnois, QC, Patricia spent her childhood in Kitmat, BC, and her teenage years in Newcastle upon Tyne, England, where she completed her "O Levels" and an early "A Level" in Fine Art.
In 1979 Patricia completed her BFA with honours at Mount Allison University specializing in sculpture and drawing, and taught drawing and sculpture in Mount Allison University's Fine Arts and Continuing Education Departments. After completing her diploma in Art Education at McGill in 1989, she moved to Kingston Ontario where her third child was born. Patricia continued to develop both her teaching and art careers while raising her three children in Kingston. She taught at high schools and at Queen's University while developing web design skills through St. Lawrence College. Patricia has participated in several group and solo exhibitions in Ontario and is presently represented by Galleries in Montreal, Ottawa, Kingston and Toronto.
